Organise your stay at the hotel and Disneyland Paris

To help you prepare for your arrival at the castle and your visit to the Disney parks, the Dream Castle hotel has answered some of your most frequently asked questions.

Can I book a room at the Dream Castle within planning a Disney visit?

Yes, of course.

Most of our guests visit the Disneyland parks. But you can simply stay at the Dream Castle and organise other visits, or stage your own event at the hotel. La Vallée Village, the Val d’Europe shopping centre, Central Paris… there are so many things to do at the hotel and in the surrounding areas!
Whatever your plans, your time spent inside the Dream Castle hotel will be a stunning, magical experience.

Does this hotel near to Disneyland Paris accept animals?

No.

Sadly, we do not allow pets inside our hotel. Entrust them to a caring place and tell them not to worry: we will take good care of their masters!

Do we have to pay extra to enter the Disneyland parks?

The shuttles between the hotel and the Disney parks are free for guests.
Make sure that you buy a dated ticket. If you have an undated ticket or an Annual Pass, you need to register the date of your visit before your stay at the hotel.

What are the Disneyland parks opening times?

The opening and closing times vary according to the season.

For real-time information, please check the Disneyland Paris parks mobile app. The free shuttles mean that you can organise your day however you want to. If you like, you can come back and relax in the pool or eat in our restaurant before returning to the park to see the evening shows.

How can I check that my reservation has been accepted?

What time can I check-in?

Your room will be available from 3 p.m.

What time should I vacate my room?

Your room must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. Any departure between noon and 5 p.m. will incur an additional fee of €10 per hour.

What are the reception opening hours?

Reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What means of payment does the hotel accept?

You can pay on site in cash, by card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), and we also accept some holiday vouchers. The hotel does not accept any other means of payment (bank cheque, restaurant vouchers, lunch vouchers, etc.).

Is there a luggage store at the hotel?

Yes, the hotel has a luggage store that is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is free for anybody staying at the hotel.

Are there towels in the rooms?

The Dream Castle hotel provides all guests with towels in the bathrooms. Please note that these towels cannot be used for the swimming pool.

Are there toiletries in the rooms?

Yes, the bathrooms are equipped with shower gel/shampoo dispensers.

Does the hotel have parking?

You can use the Dream Castle hotel’s outdoor pay car park, which has approximately 300 spaces. Parking is free for all stays booked directly on our website.

How can I get to the Dream Castle hotel from the Marne-la-Vallée Chessy RER/TGV station?

There is a free shuttle that runs every 15-20 minutes (depending on the season) between the Marne-La-Vallée Chessy RER/TGV station and the Dream Castle hotel. This shuttle runs from 8 a.m. to around midnight (depending on the season, ask at reception), 365 days a year. The journey takes about 10 minutes and ends at bus stop I. The times of this shuttle may change depending on the Disney events that day. (Information is available at the hotel reception). What is the free shuttle timetable for the Parks or the RER station?

The free shuttle runs from 8 a.m. to around midnight (depending on the season, ask at reception), 365 days a year. The times of this shuttle may change depending on the Disney events that day. (Information is available at the hotel reception).

How do I get to the Dream Castle Hotel from Roissy / Charles de Gaulle Airport?

Departures are only from Terminals 2E and 2F / Bus stop A. The Magical Shuttle connections leave six times per day. To book your ticket or for any additional information, visit Magical Shuttle. Tickets are from €10 per child and €23 per adult. To book your shuttle ticket.

How do I get to the Dream Castle Hotel from Orly Airport?

The Magic Shuttle departs from Orly South and Orly West. Please note that it arrives at the Marne-La-Vallée Chessy RER/TGV station. You can then take free shuttle No. HVFS, which will take you directly to the Dream Castle hotel (click here for more details). Tickets are from €10 per child and €23 per adult.

How can I go to Paris from the Dream Castle hotel?

From the Dream Castle hotel, take the free shuttle to the Marne-La-Vallée Chessy RER station. From there, you can take the RER A to Paris. RER ticket prices are from €5 per adult. The RER A will take you directly to Central Paris (Gare de Lyon, the Department Stores, the Charles de Gaulle Etoile interchange, etc.) and to La Défense and beyond.

Are there toiletries in the rooms?

Yes, the bathrooms are equipped with shower gel/shampoo dispensers.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel (neither the rooms nor the common areas).

Can I ask for a cot if I am travelling with a child?

We have cots available for children under two. Older children sleep in an ordinary bed. Please let us know at the time of booking or at the hotel reception if you would like to request a cot. Subject to availability.

What are indoor pool opening times?

The Dream Castle hotel pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Are there poolside lockers available?

Yes, there are free code-activated lockers. Subject to availability.

Can I go to the hotel pool before my check-in or after my check-out?

You can access the pool on the day of your arrival, regardless of what time you get to the hotel. However, it is not possible to access the various spaces on the day of your departure after check-out (11 a.m.). But you may request a late check-out from reception.

What are the restaurant opening times?

- Le Bosquet Gourmand: from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. weekdays, and 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekends. - La Rôtisserie: 6.30 pm – 10:30 p.m.

When is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (11 a.m on weekend)

What does breakfast include?

Room reservations include a complimentary continental buffet with a wide selection of scrambled eggs, cold cuts, pastries, jams, fruit juices and much more.

I am allergic to gluten. Do you cater for my diet?

Yes. The hotel provides gluten-free food. Please inform our teams if you have any other specific food requests.

What languages are spoken at the hotel?

Our staff will welcome you and give advice in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and/or German.
